Yeah BullHead, this is Katsui Kubota who drove the car for Classic Team Lotus in 2008. Dan Collins drove another one just like it. This picture looks like it could have been taken at Monza or Brands. The two cars look ab fab when in the pits together. It is the famous double chassis car that was banned at Silverstone. The third car that was re-hashed for the race is driven in HFO by Dave Coplowe and prepared by Martin Stretton.

Yes, the JS 11/15 with Didier Pironi´s white and blue helmet!

My favourite livery was the Marlboro McLaren one. Don't know why but I always liked it. The Rothmans Williamses come a close second though.

Also like the yellow/black (again!) Minardi in Simod livery driven by Nannini and Martini - now belongs to Rodrigo Gallego in Portugal and driven on occasion in the HFO Championship. May also have been driven by Adrian Campos!

Yeah. In their individual liveries the launch showcars looked really cool. The combined thing though... well, different I guess. First new team for a while too if I remember correctly, it was quite exciting off season 98-99
Yeah I loved the original BAR liveries:

for me, aside from so many beautiful liveries, the early 1996 Jordan yellow Benson & Hedges livery looked damned good to me...
it was an interim livery before the gold version, but it looked so beautiful and uncluttered (even while Brundle was sailing across the gravel trap in Australia that year).

For me, JPS Lotus was the best one of all, then the Marlboro cigarette case one worn by McLaren, then I think the Camel Lotus, the Camel Benetton was good too, and the Williams Rothmans was beautiful. I liked thw West McLarens mostly cus I like Mercedes, so I thought silver was cool for the silver arrows, but not as cool as the previous ones I mentioned, at least for me.

That's easy - JPS Lotus 72. Then a string of Ferraris without too much reference to tobacco brand....
The first Tyrrell (001) with the flat shovel front wing was gorgeous, damn it just about any early 70s car, like the Yardley McLaren M23.

Mika is in a B188 or B189 in that picture... so it's veeeeeeeeeeery much before he signed with McLaren. He must have been in F3 at that time.
