Pretty sure they were different, Didn't Gordon pantall own the first one that Croz rode?
When Gardner was riding them Roger Marshall rode as his team mate on a fully faierd one.

Well I'll put that one down as Wayne Gardener. The helmet threw me completely, just didn't recognise it. Anyway, here's another pic, probably easy, and complete with a bit of light getting onto the film.

Dozy had very trick Triumph weslake .. not 100% sure but did Bob Smith not ride that bike in a twin class ??

Have a nagging feeling that the RGB Weslake that Bob Smith rode belonged to a bloke in a wheelchair named Gary Bryan.

Ok when i first looked at it,it appeared to be a V but now looking again looks to be an inline twin.

Yep , Glenn , thats correct , Gary Bryan was a very , very good sidecar racer before being confined to a wheel-chair , he is still sponsoring , on the RGB Weslake , a rapid piece of kit , rider now Mike Hose up.gif

Wow, had no idea, Gra. (Nothing new there, then...). But that's gotta be around 24 years ago, to hear he's still involved is great news. And Mike Hose is a damn good pedaller, so I bet it's still raising eyebrows....

Yes , Glenn , Mike Hose is damn quick , IIRC broke the lap record , for it's class at Donington last July , i'll try and check the results for you wave.gif

He won 2 races at Donington , then 2 second places at Cadwell , looks like he only made those starts
Also races a rapid Arrow up.gif with some verve

We went there for the last round of the British Championship in 1980 , Steve ,i've documented it well on here , we hated it , not fit for the purpose 30 / 40 foot wide down to 15 / 17 in the ' corners ' with the in-built grass growing between the slabs mad.gif mad.gif down.gif down.gif
