Is Lewis fn kidding me? It is not only already too late, he has a lot of nerve putting MSC down that way when he is just as god awful in this ethical driving behavior. He will be remembered as lying to the stewards and subjecting other drivers to his particular brand of tactics. If he completely changes (and he won't cuz a leopard does not change its spots) perhaps the memory will be of moving from what he was to what he becomes. But right now, he is as tainted as Michael and without the 7 championships to show for it.
Seriously, he is getting down right embarassing now. Let me get this straight: Lying to the stewards to get yourself elevated onto podium position is so much less unethical than parking to keep pole? Please - Michael has to be thinking the dude is a total jackass for even suggesting such a thing. I am a hater of Hamilton's behavior relative to F1 that is 100% certain and he just keeps it coming. There are many like me out there and the bottom line is: SOMEBODY get this man a manager! Quick!
As I can see, this is another press-constructed thing, and you just swallowed it
He obviously didn't mention MS by himself, he was asked about MS Monaco controversy and he said he doesn't want to be remembered by that or something similar. And then press constructs headline in this manner, and to make it worse - you deliberately remove part of interview to suit your agenda

Btw, what should he say to press after that kind of question?
Hamilton refused to be drawn into a judgment on what Schumacher did last time around, however.
"I just focus on my own job. It doesn't have any impact on me. You guys have an opinion about it... whether I think it was right or wrong I wasn't in the car with him," he said.
As I can see, he actually defends MS, but he says he doesn't want that kind of things to be what he himself is remembered about. But obviously, some people are prone to press constructed stories
