Are these three teams making any tests before the season starts proper? Even shake downs...

Campos and USF1 have extreme question marks over them. Lotus has their car ready, it will be launched next week and will be at the last two group tests.

I think Lotus is doing a shakedown on the 12th, and then attending whatever the next test after that is.

Campos and USF1 aren't even going to get to the grid.

I think Kubica is in the Renault for all the days this week, at least that's what they seemed to be saying in the Renault thread I think.

Conspiracy theories usually rely on some little element of fact. JB is running on thursday so this seems unlikely in this case

The fact the forecast is anything but certain also means such conspiracy theories are rather pointless.

Anyone else think McLaren should just run Hamilton for the whole 4 days. I highly doubt someone like Button will be able to give any meaningful feedback. Whitmarsh is not stupid, I am sure he has noticed that already.

If Mclaren plays their cards right, they could have the best car come Bahrain, but it needs developing properly. Button and Pafett NO, Hamilton YES.

there are two drivers in the team and incase you have not noticed most times when a team wins the wcc it takes both drivers delivering.
The teams want the wcc the wdc is a nice bonus but its the wcc that pays more bills.
Now what you want them to do is ensure only one driver has any chance of being upto speed come the first race great way to help all the other teams.
