Can anyone recall at what race this ad appeared on Marc Surer“s car?

1983 French Grand Prix, Circuit Paul Ricard, April 17th 1983.
Marc finished 10th. Chico Serra's sister car carried the same sponsorship.
The Arrows cars appeared in various one-off logos during the season. At the first race, in Brazil, Surer's car was completely white, with no sponsor logos. Serra's car carried advertising for Caloi bicycles.
Later in the season Surer's car briefly appeared in the red-and-white colour scheme of the fondly-remembered Grand Prix International magazine.
Other sponsors included Valvoline, Louis dePoortere carpets, Barclay cigarettes, and a sweet manufacturer whose name escapes me, but I can still remember their garish green logo!

Forgot to mention; I believe that O.K. Corral is a truck stop or roadhouse of some variety. Their address on RN 8 is on the side of the car!
Was'nt the sweet manufacturer Skoal Bandit or something like that?

Skoal Bandit is chewing tobacco... another evil mob, killing innocent people...

I think the company was called Gollo, or something very similar. Their logos appeared on Surer's car at the Italian GP at Monza.
The story goes that Surer got into a race on the German Autobahn with a guy who eventually pulled over only to find to his suprise that he was racing an actual Grand Prix driver. He was so impressed by Surer's skills that he agreed to sponsor Marc's Arrows at the Italian Grand Prix!
Gola was the name, IIRC. Other sponsors included Marilena (RSM and MC), Pepsi-Deca (CDN) and Leonardo (D). A patchy season...

Didnt Twinny have something to do with the sponsoring in 83?

It's actually a theme park, not far from Circuit Paul Ricard:

No, it was just before I joined GPI that the mag 'sponsored' Arrows for the '83 British GP.
I say 'sponsored' because they never paid the bill...
