Really??!!?? they are not driving to the limit, therefore almost anyone can do it.
You are surely an expert.
Those hill climb races (Bergrennen) were very popular in Austria throughout the 1960s and 1970s, with cars throughout the various categories, Niki Lauda, Dr.Helmut Marko and Dieter Quester competing in them, amongst others. Famous was the Gaisberg-Rennen up the city mountain of Salzburg, the Gaisberg. No joke, pure courage, and safety standards abysmal.
This was when men still were men - I am amazed it is still allowed nowadays in any part of the world.
