I'm thinking about attending the Brazilian Grand Prix this year and am looking for advice on where to sit.

Is there good general admission viewing spots? I'll be backpacking so trying to trael on the cheap but will spend on a grandstand if this is best.

Anyone with any guidance this would be greatly appreciated :-)

Sector M especially close to d is the best buy.

cheap seats are in sun, a problem for some

qualifying was gen adm when i was there and i walked a/b stands

still i think much action and passing at this track seems to happen in first turn saw JV run off there on the first lap of a race...

saw JPM get his last f1 victory, home crowd was pissed it didnt go to rubens and left quietly!

I can recomend two sectors: "A" or "G".
Sector A gives you a good view of finish line and some points in inner circuit.

Sector G, temporary stands, but gives you a good point to see 70% of a lap. In this sector is impossible to see the start/finish line and pits.

I have 14 Grand Prix at Interlagos in my history. I´ve been in all sectors. So, believe me, other sectors don´t let you enjoy the race.

If you really wants do attend the BR GrandPrix, advice to contact someone that could guide you in Sao Paulo. During the weekend, area around the circuit is very dangerous. If you have any question or want to meet me at "G" sector (Forza, Ferrari!), just reply this message. Will be a pleasure to help you here in Brazil!

Thanks Mauricio, I'm going to book sector G so may well see you there! I might take you up on the offer of a guide too. Not sure where i'll be staying yet though so will be in touch nearer the time.

Thanks,

David

Great! Will be a pleasure to help you there! Sector "G" doesn´t have numbered seats. You must to arrive early in the circuit.
Where will stay in sao Paulo? Depending the area, it´s better to think early the best way to arrive in Interlagos.
