In Monaco you have to drive very near the barriers to get a good laptime, and I don't think Yoong has the courage to do that (+he has a slow car), so he'll fail to qualify.

I good driver in a slow car can still do pretty well there.
Since Alex is a slow driver in a slow car the previous statement has no bearing on my guess.
Still, it's nearly impossible to pass, so I think that 10 is a safe guess.
