Sorry for the delay in coming, but the results are in. An incredibly unpredictable race, and one which has had a severe effect on the competition standings.
The race result:

The rain took care of Friday and Sunday times, with best estimates 7.890s out on Friday (130R) and 6.432s out on Sunday (CaptnMark). Best Saturday estimates: 0.058s out (Pioneer) and 0.068s out (130R). Congratulations to 130R, who wins this round.
It looks like this round will not count for the final season standings for those who compete more than 8 races, as the scores were high due to the rain. Once any competitor completes their 9th race, the worst score will be struck off so that the best 8 results are kept. At the moment however, the results are counted, so here are the season standings:

Congratulations to JensonFan, who takes over the lead of the competition without taking part in this round. Of those who did, arcsine leads, having overtaken QdfV. The standings are going to remain a little bit screwy until about Round 9 or 10, when those who have taken part in all rounds get to lose their worst scores (which may well be these!). A thread will be open soon for the San Marino GP. As always, any feedback or tips gratefully appreciated.
