Well ladies, I've finally decided that the 4 people who are interested should have our own V8 Supercars game. And Im going to combine a few different elements, to make the game a little more interesting.

For each round, beginning with Eastern Creek, you will be making 2 predictions:

The Top-10 Shootout results

The Top-10 Race results

These should be in standard Atlas format, but use surnames...here's an example:

Top-10:JForce/Skaife/Murphy/Ambrose/Bright/Lowndes/Ingall/McConville/Wilson/Radisich/SJohnson
Race:JForce/Lowndes/Ingall/Murphy/Skaife/Bright/Bernard/Ambrose/Wilson/SJohnson/Tander


SCORING

Top-10 Shootout

Scores will be calculated as follows:

* + 3 points for being spot on . (ie. Selecting Lowndes in 4th and he actually qualifies 4th)

* + 2 points for being one position away from where the driver actually qualifies (ie. Selecting Tander in 3rd and he qualifies either 2nd or 4th)

* + 1 point for having a driver you selected qualifying anywhere in the top 10 (not spot on or one away) ie. Selecting Ingall 5th but he qualifies 9th

* + 5 points if you manage to correctly pick all positions in the top 10.

AND JUST TO CLARIFY some confusion - for example if you pick Radasich 10th and he qualifies 11th you get 2 points, ie 1 position away. The fact that he is out of the top 10 makes you lose no points because you picked him one away at 10th.

The grid the result will be calculated on is that which is announced by the CAMS/AVESCO immediately after the Top-10 Shootout. Therefore any subsequent penalties will not be taken into account.

If a driver you selected is replaced during qualifying – his replacement will be substituted in his place in your guesses unless you change it before the Top-10 Shootout.

RACE RESULTS

Points will be awarded as follows:

Driver finishes in the position you guessed 10 points
Driver finishes 1 off your guess 8 points
Driver finishes 2 off your guess 6 points
Driver finishes 3 off your guess 5 points
Driver finishes 4 off your guess 4 points
Driver finishes 5 off your guess 3 points
Driver finishes 6 off your guess 2 points
Driver finishes 7 off your guess 1 point


Obviously you can't guess the Top-10 shootout results until you know who'll be in the Top-10 shootout...
