Hello fellas,

I will be attending the Spanish Grand Prix this year and I was just looking at the tickets and there are only 4 options left.

One is main grand stand which comes around US $ 700 (more than what I paid for the airfare, which pretty much puts it out of the question), two other grandstands (C and M) which are around US $ 500, and general admission.

Out of C and M I think that M would be the better one, but I was wondering if any of you have done General Admission and if so, how good/bad is it? Any tips or suggestions?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

General Admission is very good, but I would recommend a grandstand solely for Sunday ease.
Do not go main straight, but pick one of the many stands around the curves, they are all excellent. When I went in 2006 Sunday was the only day you were restricted to the one stand, and on Friday they were all virtually empty and I was able to walk and sit almost anywhere.

How good/bad is M? The only ones left are Main, M and C. C seems like the cars are going to be too far away.

Yes, with C the cars are a bit far away, but you can see a huge piece of the track (I sat in B on Sunday). M is okay as long as you can get the North East end. Looking at the circuit map again the last stand on the straight might be okay as it will be in the braking zone.

i done GA a few years back and tbh i'd go for ANY grandstand ticket mainly for the easiness on the sunday, and ended up having to watch on a tv screen as couldnt get anywhere near the track, also with the heat it made wandering about looking for a decent spot a nightmare
good GP and good facilities tho, would deffo go back there
