myself and 5 mates are taking ourselves to nurburg this year and are travelling from Dinard (france) to the grand prix.

does anyone have any idea how long driving across will take? google maps makes its out to be 800KM and about 8.5 hours, does this sound reasonable/accurate from anyones experience?

what is the camping situation? i have tried searching but the info is not as readily avaiable as it is about silverstone etc. do we just turn up and discover the sites near the track?

are there supermarkets near the track or do we need to stock up before arrival?

any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.
