Hi wave.gif Just wondering why the Forum: The Atlas F1 Court still has a heading in the BB, yet from what I read, it has been locked up and not used in a long time...the writings are great to read, but I'm just wondering out loud...Cheers smoking.gif

I think that once more details of the spy scandal are released, it will be worthwhile to reopen it ...

Obviously this isn't the place to suggest new topics, but I can think of a few contentious issues in the past couple of years that need clearing up and setting down. Other than (some of) the Nostalgia Forum, IMO it's the most 'worthwhile' part of the BB, and I for one would love to see it reopened.

I can only second this motion, I for one don't understand anything of the politics in the 2007 season, and would love to read more about why McLaren was punished, and Renault (and to a lesser extent, BMW-Sauber and Williams) weren't.

I'm not a fan of either of those teams, but to me, a casual and pretty neutral observer; a couple of the FIA's decisions this season seem strange.
Ross Stonefeld
I don't think the Atlas Court really settled arguments and debates any better than Readers Comments does. It's easier to read because it's moderated, but it's still just fans arguing, it's not a proper analysis.
Limits
I have read the AtlasF1 Court archive and it is very good, but I can also understand why it do not exist anymore. Think about it, the very reason why you want it opened is why it can not be opened. If I were Max, I would see such a forum as an attack of my person, as an attack on the sport, as an attempt to bring F1 in disrepute tongue.gif

Max is a funny fellow. But until he falls down from his pedestal he has a good view and plenty of power to do more than just observe.
