I have a friend who is trying to restore a McLaren Mk 6 and needs a fresh steering wheel, anyone know of anyone reproducing them or repairing existing ones?

Maybe you can source one through here:

Dave: Thank you very much for the great lead. My friend called Mr. Moir and ordered a new steering wheel. He is very happy. I will let the forum members know how quickly it is delivered.

My McLaren Mk 1 as seen in the Mathews Collection.
David Shaw: Thank you also for your lead. Harry Mathews is a very good guy. He has a beautiful collection of McLaren cars. He also has hosted the McLaren Trust when they came over for the 40th CanAm Reunion. I bought the first customer McLaren Mk 1 off a fellow named John Coombs. Harry has that car in his great collection.

Jerry,
You are a lucky guy to have driven all those terrific cars!
