Hi,
I presently own & race the Rawlson CR 11.Chassis nunber 001.
The CR 10 is in England. It was raced by David Seville-Peck in the Can- Am series in the 1974-5.
My CR 11 was entered at Le Mans in 73 or 74 but lack of funds-------.
The car was built by Barry Shepherd & Mike Rawlings in Folkestone England.
Driven by Gerry Marshall too we understand.
The car is presently in Christchurch NZ where I will be racing it in three race events of the Southern Festival of Speed on the South island ending up in Invercargil.
The car will then return to my home Vancouver Canada to continue racing in Canada & the US.
A trip to the East Mosport & St Jovite are on the drawing board for June this year too.
The Cosworth has been removed in favour of a Buick V8 the combination is working very well, now.
I run with vintage Can-Am groupes & the car is usually very competitive.
You can find a picture decending the Corkscrew at Laguna Seca if you go to the Monterey Historics Web site.
I can be contacted at; ianwoodesq@aol.com
Cheers.
Ian Wood. Ex of Eastboune Sussex.
