I believe the #95 car is George Reed's 0770TR, into which he apparently put a Ford V8 for 1963 and 1964. More info here:

Hmmm...maybe, but also so obviously a latter-day restoration, mit layer upon layer of clear lacquer. No sports-racing or monoposto Ferrari looked like that in the Fifties!

I believe it is, 1959. I think it is Olivier Gendebien in 250 TR 59, 0770TR, which apparently DNF'ed with differential problems ("...I instruct my drivers to lean forward when they drive. If they don't do it, it's not my fault...it's a weakness of character!...")
Hill and Gendebien then teamed up with Gurney and Daigh in 0766TR to win.
