The AQUA Championship 2004 Official Thread

Less than a week now until another season of drama, excitement, hopes, highs and lows that make up F1.
Last year the AQUA (Atlas' Quite Unreasonable Alternative) scoring system was born from the controversy about scoring changes. You can read that thread HERE.
As promised, for 2004 this method of scoring the FIA Formula One World Championship Series will recommence in Melbourne this weekend coming, and a mighty exciting season in prospect it looks too.
I will update the results officially at the very latest on the Monday after the Grand Prix at 12pm (GMT). For a referral to the rules please read my first post on the thread linked to above, it's pretty easy anyway.
I hope it proves as successful this year as last (if not more so).
Until Sunday please feel free to make any AQUA related comments or predicitions (so we can all laugh at how wrong we were come October and Brazil).
Yours Very Sincerely and In Excited Expectation
BorderReiver
Steward Of AQUA Championship 2004.
PS. A very big thankyou to Scheivlak who completed the final results table last year in my absence. Thankyou pal and great work!

Perhaps it's a nice idea to keep an eye on an AQUA WCC as well!

Not a bad idea at all! We'll do that as well then! I'll write up the new history of the constructors championship ASAP.

After Australia
1. M Schumacher. 1pt

After Australia
1. Scuderia Ferrari. 1pt
And so, after a relativly dull race and an exemplary Ferrari performance we head to Malaysia where, all things being considered, we should be in for a more exciting race (wouldn't be difficult would it?).

I know it's very early days, but might we be looking at the first ever AQUA clean sweep? You're thoughts please people. . . .

Well after another typical Ferrari performance Schumacher and the Scuderia are nerely halfway towards this year's AQUA championship. Can anyone stop them?

Well it's 5 out of 5 for Schumi and co as he levels Mansell's opening season record. It seems like everyone else (with the possible exception of the BAR team) is scrabbling about in Ferrari's wake. Are we really going to see an AQUA clean sweep by Schumacher? Impossible surely?

Finally, some variety as Jarno Trulli takes his first AQUA point after a fantastic Monaco Grand Prix. Both Renault drivers are now AQUA scorers.
