Does anyone have an entry list. Not even Motoring News or Autosport listed a top 20 entries. I have a list of all the cars with their registration numbers but no drivers to go with them.

About all I can add at present is that Waldegard drove 911 B34880 (Swedish reg - Scania Vabis car?) and Ake Andersson's would almost certainly have been another Swedish reg Scania V car. Elford's 911 was a German reg factory car (he records the factory being wary of running such a short-geared car, which he wanted as this rally would be decided over Alpine Cols). Was Zasada in a 911 as listed or the Gp1 912? Vernaeve was in his own Belgian reg car (not a works-loaned car that he sometimes had)?
The BritRally forum (History Thread) where old rally entries/results are most discussed is down at present. The French Forum Auto (Rallyes Historiques) may have someone who has a list or "Jarama" on here may be able to help. I would certainly like a copy too.

My list is a hand written one compiled by the photographer with ticks against all the cars he photographed which is nearly everyone.I now have a couple of hundred shots ready for filing, but unable to caption the drivers of the Matra Djets,Alfas etc.

Well that gives Waldegard's start no and confirms what I had as his reg no (and the results by Group mean Elford was in a 911S and Waldegard a 911L, not both in 911Ts as in the earlier list?). Still only 6 start numbers in total. I think it might be better to try asking for an entry list on:

Ted,

I have full entry lists from 1949 to 1999. I would love to say they are the result of years of research, but they were in fact published as a separate companion volume to the book "Vijftig Jaar Tulpenrallye".

Let me know what you need and I'll try to help.

Fred

"A Brick" is presumably Arthur Brick who rallied an Anglia with a Cortina GT engine with Ron Summerfield in the hot seat. I had no idea Arthur had ever done any co-driving (apart from being part of Bill Bengry's crew on tke London to Sydney.

Sorry for asking this a bit late - I'm collecting info on privateer Doug Harris - didn't think to ask sooner.

Does anyone have the result of his entry in car No. 43?

Many thanks,
regards, Rich

Hi Ted

If you still have that list, do you have the Imps registration letters? I have a picture of FHP 906C with a Tulip rally sticker in the back window, and wanted to know if it had actually done the event.

Many thanks

Julian
