haha it's a small .pdf icon and a text - "Transcript of WMSC hearing - Paris, 26 July/13 September, 2007".

No link, no .pdf file there.

The reason they are not working is because I reported something very serious to the FIA, I presume they are correcting this error and they will be reposted.

Can you save it and upload into rapidshare? The serious thing reported in the first pdfs uploaded made me curious :D

Edit: or PM me if you don't feel like doing it in the public forum!

Do not upload the originals anywhere guys, we dont want to get someone fired at the FIA and we dont want McLaren kicking up a fuss about this... just when things are calming down.

To be honest, the information is only of real use to other F1 teams.

Do not go posting information obtained from these in this forums, I am sure you will get into a lot of trouble doing so.

Depends on who is being fired, and if they have messed up then Mac are entitled to shout.

They've left the text available so you can see what they struck out. Stupid.

Damage is already done, there are probably tens of thousands original files already and moving fast.

btw there really is tiny amount of blacked information, I dont think nobody looses his night sleep because of this.

There's no way a copy of the same will not find its way out eventually considering that it was made part of the public domain, even though by accident.

You are not missing out on anything but confidential McLaren information that is of no use to you, me or 99% of people on this forum probably.

Do you think maybe this is one way to get Mclaren off the fine? By alleging misconduct on the part of FIA and its employee, the Mclaren could ask for a setoff in terms of damages vs. fine imposed? Just perplexing why a fundamental error like this is committed for a very sensitive and highly controversial case.

No problem, they are in the RTL link. I thought they revealed who killed JFK but it's not really that interesting.

By the way you are all spies. The black text is intended to be confidential, and even if it's easy to know what it says, you shouldn't, and report to Max. Spies

By the way, they used the trick!

I require – you to look Mr Lowe, Mr Dennis, Mr de la Rosa and Mr Hamilton in the eye and, unless
you are satisfied beyond doubt that each and every one of them is lying to you, you will let us off.

Only because of the impact that it might have, firstly to the employee that did it, secondly because of the relationship the FIA already has with McLaren and finally for F1!

There are some interesting spelling errors in the July 2007 file. Who is Patty Lowe and Pat Frye? And Luca Montezimilo?

This must be the first hearing in a decade in which the word Schumacher did not come up. Not once.;)

It's really interesting to read, a very nice move by the FIA.

It does say the files are unedited by the FIA however I wonder if the blocking to cover the text was by McLaren themselves...

Copy and paste the black text somewhere else to see what it says.

What a bunch of numpties the FIA are, from Max downwards it seems.

It seems Hamilton said no more than five words during that hearing... makes you wonder why he even bothered to show up. :)

This little exchange is great:

Nigel TOZZI: "When he came to you, saying that he had information – as you tell us, in the course of a heated discussion – you did not carry out any further investigation to see whether there had been any truth
in what he had said."
Ron DENNIS: "That is completely out of context."
Nigel TOZZI: "Answer the question, then give us the context."
Ron DENNIS: "I will not answer the question."
Nigel TOZZI: "Very well."
Ron DENNIS: "I will give you a detailed account, so that you can put the whole issue in context."

;)

If it's the same version I've got, just select the blacked out text, and copy it to Word or similar. Voila.

I thought he handled the questioning brilliantly. Absolutely convincing evidence.

I like the reference to the Australian Gland Prix.

If an employee has made a mistake, then MM should be held responsible as the Boss. Isnt that what he is telling RD?

Seems to me that the FIA could be done under article 151 for revealing confidential info.

That's flat-out hilarious! Good work FIA!

Edited to add: Maybe this is all part of Max's cunning plan to make us see how light a penalty McLaren received or something.

I can't quite bring myself to read all of this, but Autosport.com's summary makes Fred look like a bit of an a-hole.
