SCCA Nationals at Marlboro results

I am interested in all results but mainly about Bruce Jennings' and Roger Penske's results and victories there. I do have some photos and I am trying to find which year these photos were taken. Apparently there was winning his race in his Porsche Speedster no.77. There was also Roger Penske with Porsche no.6 on this track during 1959 and 1963.
I start with my data first but I haven't find there winning no.77 Porsche or Bruce Jennings, or any reference to Penske at all:

Does anyone have a clue who would have won this award? I have not been able to find anything out about it, yet it is a glorious piece!

Penske in #16 Porsche RS, winning Under 1.5 liter FM class in Race 5 [second overall behind Freddie Windridge's Lister/Corvette]. Same results for race 9, the second feature.
Jennings in #77 Porsche GT, second [and 12th overall] behind Harry Blanchard in C/D-Production class in race 9.

Only three BM entries present and two were backmarkers:
-Bud Gates, Corvette Special #228, finishing 15th oa and 1st in BM
-Ray Hixon, Corvette Special #273, finishing 16th oa and 2nd in BM
However, it is likely that the Cup went to Fred Windridge, who led the race until throwing a rod, again aboard the black Mrs. Boden knobbly Lister/Corvette.
As for the 1959 results listed previously, Thompson did not race a Cunningham Lister/Jag, but the Sting Ray. He led after Windridge dropped out, then developed brake problems. Penske showed again with his RS. Sesslar captured the main event thanks to the rain.
Feature results:
1. Don Sesslar [Porsche RSK]
2. Walt Hansgen [Costin Lister/Jag]
3. Roger Penske [Porsche RS #16]
4. Dick Thompson [Sting Ray]
5. Augie Pabst [Ferrari 625TR]
6. Alan Connell [Ferrari 250TR]
Jennings showed up in race 4 [F/G-production], finishing 3rd in his #79 Porsche behind Blanchard and Tom Payne.

I ran into Roger Penske at the Indy 500 3 years ago at the Pit Stop Competition and mentioned that I was at the 1960 President's Cup Race at upper Marlboro in 1960. It actually caught him a bit off guard and he was lost for words for 30 or more seconds. He replied sorta sheeplishly, "that was a long time ago".
For those who never got to see him drive, he was very good and very smooth.
I only have a few disappointments and one was never being able to drive Upper Marlboro. It closed the year before I started racing when Summit Point opened.
I believe the Formula Junior race that day was won by Timmy Mayer, one of my heros.
It was a neat place for a teenager to get acquainted with road racing.

Must have been another year with Timmy Mayer, not 1960. The 20-lap Formula Jr race 6, the one before the feature, went to Kolb that year.
1. Charlie Kolb[Elva #9]
2. Harry Carter [Stanguellini #80]
3. Ray Heppenstall [Scorpion #50]
4. Dick Bauer [Elva #164]
5. Lewis Flink [Elva #141]

Your right, probably '61-62. He was light years faster than the others. I "think" he was in a Cooper.

Race 8: Formula Junior and III.
1. Tim Mayer [Cooper #9]
2. Mark Donohue [Elva #00]
3. Floyd Aaskov [Lotus #30]
4. Charlie Kolb [Merlyn #1]
5. Walt Mann [BMC Mk 2 #45]
In the next race Penske cleaned house again. Not much competition when you drive a Monaco. Since Martin's few 1962 notes look like somebody sat on them, here are the feature results:
Race 9: C/D/E/F/G-modified
1. Roger Penske [Cooper Monaco #6]
2. Bob Bucher [Porsche RSK #29]
3. Charlie Kolb [Maserati 300S #18]
4. Joe Buzzetta [Porsche RSK #7]
5. Paul Richards [KelCooper #1]
6. Jesse Wyllie [Lola Mk 1 #2]
7. Bob Holbert [Porsche RS-61 #14]
8. Ed Smith [Corvette #20]
9. Ben Warren [Elva Mk 6 #73]
10. Bob Rost [Elva Mk 6 #9]
11. Don Wolf [Elva Mk 5 #89]
12. Charles Beckley [Elva Mk 3 #52]
13. Mark Donohue [TVR #58]
14. John Boyd [Lotus 17 #99]
15. Don Knight [Elva Mk 4 #38]
16. Don Honeywell [Porsche Spl #23]
17. Ed Lowther [Lister/Corvette #12]
18. John Henderson [Bocar #11]
DNF Bill Stone [Lola Medallion #47]
DNF Tom Terrell [Lotus 11 #55]
DNF John Kelley [Porsche #34]
DNF Pete Harrison [Lister/Corvette #87]
DNF Ron Greenwood [Elva Mk 4 #5]
DNF Curt Gonstead [Elva Mk 6 #13]
DNF Hal Keck [Lister/Corvette #19]
As for Bruce Jennings, an excellent third overall in race 6/7 [for A/B/C-production cars], behind Bob Grossman [250GT] and Don Yenko [Corvette]. His car: Porsche #77. Jennings beat a slew of other Corvettes [Ben Moore, Ralph Salyer, Grady Davis, Frank Dominianni, Roy Kumnick] and the 250GTs of Doug Thiem and Alan Wylie.
Nough for now!

Be patient with the region, as long time WDCR region member, officer and historian, Dave Roethel, passed away late last year.
WINO,
Do you possibly have any results listing Bruce Jennings racing his 356 in FP with the number "75" on his car? There was a "who is this" picture in the latest issue of the WDCR newsletter, _The Straightpipe_ and while the car looked like his, the number and drivers face did not appear to match.

I just checked my 1958 and 1959 issues of Sports Car. Sporadic appearances by Jennings in 1958, but no number 75: Nationals at Marlboro [#126], Montgomery [#70], VIR [#71] and the Glen [#70].
More appearances in 1959, but different numbers: Marlboro [#79], VIR [#77], Cumberland [#58], Bridgehampton [#07], June Sprints [#79], Montgomery [#77] and Thompson [#77]

I think you might be confusing his Carrera (dark paint) with a regular 356 (light paint) that Bruce also raced. Of course, it would have helped if I had said EP instead of FP. I must have been thinking of the current 356 classification when I typed it, sorry. You can see examples of both cars if you search for porsche in the historic photos at the National Road Rally website.
Of course I need to go back and look at all my own data for race results, because I think I was looking in FP the last time as well.
