This morning I ran across these photos of the Honda Collection Hall at Motegi.
Rather than post them here, I have provided the link so the interested may take a look. Some wonderful vintage machinery.

Nice pics. I had opportunity to see most of gems from their F1 colection at Geneva a few years ago... along with (on other stands) a De Tomaso F1, a Bugatti Royale and, of course, Geneva car museum that was closed for a forthcoming auction but I managed to squeeze inside and take a look... Ah, sweet memories... (No pics taken, sorry, except one with me posing beside Royale)

I am reviving this to add a few pictures that I took yesterday. I make no claims and no excuses about my photography.
1924 Curtiss Special and 1926 Bugatti 35C
Brabham BT16 and Cooper T53
Honda RA271
Honda RA272
Honda RA273
Honda RA301
Honda RA302
I have a mystery. Circulating with some F Fords was this car. I have no idea what it is, but the driver was wearing a replica of Graham Hill's helmet and it had Embassy Hill signage. Anyone know the story?
I have some more detailed shots if anyone's interested. I didn't neglect the bikes or modern era F1. It really is a fabulous display, and I found it quite an emotional experience.

Your mystery pic has the look of an F3000 to me, maybe a Reynard 92D done up in Embassy Hill livery?

That's my guess too, or Formula Nippon. I really don't know these furmulae at all. It seems that G. Hill esq. has at least one dedicated fan in Japan.

Could be the F3000 Dome raced by D Hill circa 1990? Dunno why it would be in done up Embassy livery though.

Soubriquet, I forgot to thank you for sharing the photos
Do you have any closer and more detailed photos of the Hill look-a-like?

Odd picture, the Embassy-clad "F3000" car. I wonder why the Embassy Hill logos???
Bit surprised that the Honda RA302 is on show too...

Thanks Rob, but sorry. My pocket digicam only goes to 100mm equivalent, and this is the better of the two shots.
MCS I understand about the RA302, but it is a significant car. They also had Hailwood's championship winning 1965 500cc MV and a bunch of Yamahas and Suzukis on display. An acknowledgement that the path to "success" is paved by "failure" perhaps?
