1. Can you write here the dates of birth of the following Formula 3000 drivers:
- John Alcorn;
- Claudio Antonioli;
- Cary Bren;
- Max Busslinger;
- Simon Kane;
- Eric Lang;
- Robert Lee-Lewis;
- Norio Matsubara;
- Severino Nardozzi;
- Sergio Paese;
- Marzio Romano;
- Nicola Tesini;
- Wladimiro de Tomaso;
- Fabiano Vandone;
- Giorgio Vinella;
- Mario Waltner ?

2. As I remember Giorgio Vinella tested Minardi in 1998 and 1999 - maybe some TNFers have photos or times from this test sessions?

3. How many female drivers were in Formula 3000 ? (As I know there were at least three women: Giovanna Amati, Ellen Lohr and Cathy Muller...)

4. In 2001 FIA introduced the second name for F3000 championship - Formula One Junior; does this name remain today?

Hope this will be interesting...

3; 3 is right if you mean only the FIA International championship. Mercedes Stermitz did British Championship and a non-championship race at Buenos Aires in 1992. Sarah Kavanagh did F.Nippon with ex F3000 Reynard and British championship.
4; I think this was a proposal that was never implimented.

Thank you all! Many dates have been settled with help of Richie's site (indeed excellent!), but not all: dates of birth of Cary Bren; Norio Matsubara; Severino Nardozzi and Mario Waltner still being unclear. If it isn't possible to determine the exact date, can we find the year of birth at least?

If I knew even only the year of birth, I'd put it on the site.... : I'll keep trying, though.

Can someone confirm if it's Nardozzi or Nardozi?

Cary Bren's has been solved & to add, Romano's birthplace is now up.
Matsubara I now know the year only at the moment. I'm still missing people like Filhol, Waltner, Nardozzi, etc - basically everyone on the list I made some while back.

Ah here it is:

Missing a FULL birthplace
Rui Aguas (Mozambique)
Elton Julian (Canary Isles, Spain - new info)

Missing birthplace
Antonioli, Bellefroid, Bertuzzi, Dallest, de Tomaso, Debenedetti, Dudler, Filhol, Knycz, Nardozzi, Olsson, Pedersoli, Santin, Tacchino, Tesini, Voulaz, Waltner

missing birthdate
Filhol, Nardozzi, Waltner
