Dear racing fanatics,
I got a question about the Pacific-Lotus on 1995, after the Lotus team was "folded" , rumor said Peter Collins(?) would assemble the team back again for 1996 or 97, which never came and Collins got sued over bad management of the team (is that true?). But in 95 we saw the Pacific feature a Lotus badge on the side of the car with a green band around (it did not look good). So my main question is, how did this deal came about? Did they buy what remains of the team from 94 or they had only bought the "badge"? And since Pacific left F1 later in the year, who has the remain of the team Lotus?

David Hunt, brother of James Hunt, bought the rights to Team Lotus, which was a separate company from Lotus Cars. There were a few attemps to revive the team by all effort came to naught so far.
