Was there ever occasion when the two Nurburgring circuits north and south were used in a race combined. Was there a regular event for this.

Happened in the early pre-war days.2nd German GP of 1927 was 18 laps of full circuit.Also 28 & 29.

Frank,
according to Delsaux's book on the Liège, by 1965 they used the Nordschleife, while from 1966 on they turned to the full lenght.
