I can't help with any teams or drivers, but the first two cars are 1967 or '68 Chevy Camaros.

1. Gardner, or Martin Thomas.
2. Brian Muir.
3. Dave Matthews (?)

I don't wish to appear intentionally obtuse, but wouldn't the Race of Champions be for F1 cars, so this must be a support race.

Not having the entry list to hand, I'm guessing, but I would think that one of the Camaros is Brian Muir, probably the dark one with the ridiculously discreet Wiggins Teape logo on the front wing.

I think 101 is Brian Muir, 103 is John Hine and 131 is Dave Matthews.

Um, I don't like to picky ;) but 103 is John Hine. If you have a look at some pics I took there at:

Gerald's Racing Pics

you can see car 103 and if you look at the full-size version you can read the name on the helmet. If you go to the bottom of the page you can go back to the index page and see some other suff I took between 69 and 74.

Gary.

Many thanks for sharing the photos, I knew the answers but didn't get to see this thread until this evening. Any more touring car photos from the late sixties and early seventies

Gerald, same question for you, any more photos from the same era?

As you can guess I am really into this era of saloon car racing and would love to get hold of copies of photos of as many cars as possible from this time.

Glyn

The first car is a '67 camaro (it has a vent window), and the second car is a '68 (no vent window).

Yes Glyn, I've got a few more pics I took at the '74 British GP. In fact I've got a set of F1 and F Atlantic I took there that I've never got around to adding to the site, too lazy probably
