I´d like to ask for help with picture of Eliseo Salazar´s Ensign MN180b from last race of 1981 season at las Vegas. Friend found in GPI magazine one small picture that show red sidepods against blue one they used all season.
Can someone help me with better picture, please? I´d like to build up model kit and this is interesting scheme.

Blimey; that gave me a wake-up - I took virtually the same pic!

I don't think I've uploaded it to ImageShack, so I can't post it (as I can't scan at present) but I can tell you that the sidepods carried one-off Budweiser branding, hence the livery change.

Here are the [only] two pics I took of Eliseo's chassis in Vegas, 1981 Zdenek.

Now you can understand my surprise when I saw the pit shot you posted!

Not much use, I'm afraid - but at least you get to see a weenie bit of the Budweiser logo on the sidepod...

To throw in a wobbler: what happened to the 'Valvoline' decal on the front wing? :confused:

My guess is that Ensign picked up some Valvoline sponsorship between the first practice session and the time that people photographed it in the paddock.
