Early Grand Prix at Zandvoort 1948 -1951

I recently found out that I do not find complete results of the early Grand Prix at Zandvoort 1948 -1951, that was before the race counted for the Drivers World Championship.
I could not find complete results, list of participants, or a list of reasons why drivers stopped.
The years from 1952 on are much better documented.

Most of this info seems to be in Sheldon black books Vol. 4 & 5. Some reasons for retirement are missing.
