While working through a few old Motoring News I noticed a short piece in Track Topics, December 14th 1972. 'Newcomer to Grand Prix Scene'. "......a new face, that of Peter MacIntosh the recently appointed successor to Andrew Ferguson as full time secretary of the Formula One Association. The 30-year old, former team manager of the RAF's Red Arrows........at present he tells us he is busy learning all about the job. The association has opened an office in Reading."

Are there three PM's? Or at least two? It seems unlikely that these three are one and the same.

He set up his own team in 1985, to run in F3000 with Williams FW08s, and F3 with Russell Spence in a new Reynard. The latter had early success the former very little. It was titled "Peter Mackintosh Consultants" or PMC
