I see there is a new series of DVDs some of which are available now and some due shortly called "Racing Through Time". The titles appear to be:
The History of the Grand Prix
Aston Martin
Ferrari
Lotus
Jaguar
The Cooper Story
Cars (this one is 5 disks so maybe a multiple set of some of the others)
Legends -Juan Manuel Fangio
Legends - Graham Hill
Legends - Stirling Moss
Great Circuits - Nurburgring, Silverstone & Monaco
They are not very expensive (under £10 each), but does anyone know anything about them? Are they any good? Are they just repackaging of stuff we've seen a million times before?
Thanks in advance.

Racing through time - Grand prix legends (a limited 8 dvd boxset)
A spectacular look at the grand prix legends from the 50's, 60's and 70's. As well as action from Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher, as Murray Walker selects his 10 greatest ever drivers.
Titles in the collection:
Champion - Stirling Moss
Champion - Jim Clark
Champion - Juan Manuel Fangio
Champion - Graham Hill
Champion - James Hunt
Jackie Stewart - The Flying Scot
The Enzo Ferrari Story
Murray Walker - F1 Greats (go go go)
Seven of them were Duke DVDs, the Stewart one was Green Umbrella.
It's possible that the disks have been repackaged on a new label and that is (part of) what is being marketed now.

The point I was trying to make is that the actual footage is repeated inside of the various titles, and not that the 'series' has been repeated.Originally posted by Bjørn Kjer
May I politely point out that "we" have not all seen "it" that many times , if at all ! Some of us do come from bananarepublics or -kingdoms with less possibilities than some others !

P.S. BK you have seen it, I sent you copies on DVDs ;)

I have it on good authority that they're not bad.

Great British Racing Cars (Lotus, Jaguar & Aston Martin)
Classic Italian Racing Cars (Ferrari, Alfa Romeo & Maserati)
Each DVD is about an hour long.
It was a couple of weeks ago but there was an offer where if you bought two boxed sets they were discounted - I think it worked out at Ten Pounds for the two sets.
