I need more informations about Henny Vollenberg. The Dutch was shareholder at March in 1992 and 1993. He also drove himself at races. I know that he was driving in the FFord 2000 Euroseries in 1979 and 1980. Are there any more infos about his racing career? After that he become owner of the Vortex team. Who also was involved at Vortex? Manager, mechanics, ingenieurs etc.?

Henny raced primarily in the Benelux and mostly in Sports 2000 and Formula Ford 2000 and if I remember correctly he was the importer of Delta cars for the Benelux for some years. He became instrumental in setting up the Formula Opel-Lotus category from 1988 onwards, selling the cars, parts and tyres for all national series and the Euroseries. He also was Heinz-Harald Frentzen's manager for a few years and set up the Vortex F3000 team in 1991 for HHF with sponsorship from Camel. The Vortex-team continued to race in F3000 until 1995, operating from its workshop in Bicester (team manager Ron Meadows, now with Brawn). Drivers included among others Bugatti, Andrews, Papis, delle Piane, Coulthard, McNish, Marques and Lammers. At the end of 1991, while discussing the possibility for HHF to race for Leyton House in 1992, he became one of the owners of what was to be the March F1 team that raced in Formula One in 1992.
