How come Moanaman, MattFoster and KWSN -DSM scored points?

Because their entries were valid, but past the deadline for complete acceptance of the entry. They were penalised so that the distance between their time guess and the actual pole time was increased by 0.1 seconds, which affects both the precision points scoring and the top 8 points scoring. Without this penalty, MattFoster's entry would have scored 10+10+0=20 points instead of 6+4+0=10 points this round.

The game is open for such penalised entries until I post that it is definitely closed for entries; if I don't make such a post the game is definitely closed for entries by the beginning of Saturday practise.
