However, my interest has always been more on the National Formula classes in Argentina. Therefore, can somebody provide me with Nasif's race record in Mecanica Nacional Fuerza limitada and Fuerza libre (later Mecanica Nacional Formula 1) races? And perhaps some comments on the cars he used, notably his Campetelli & Montaleni MNF1 car?
Well, I may also ask about the book (titled "Nasif Estefano. El Califa", or so) published about the man in Argentina some years a ago. I'm sure the requested information can be found there ...
Anybody? In Argentina? Many thanks in advance!

I'm also very interested in this informations.
I also read that he was champion in a Loeffel Chevrolet, but other sources said Campetelli & Montaleni. What's right?

At the end of October it will be 35 years that Argentine champion Nasif Estefano died in a TC competition.

In 1963, Nasif Estefano used three cars to win the Formula 1 Mecanica Argentine title, one built by chassis builders Campetelli and Montalenti (6 races) another one provided by driver-constructor Carlos Loeffel (1 race) and a third one lent by Oscar Ottonieri (1 race). The first two cars used Chevrolet six-cylinder engines and I suspect the last one too. He drove in just 8 of the 13 races as he was also competing for a while in Europe (which forced him to borrow cars upon his return to Argentina as while he was away Mr. Campetelli and Mr.Montalenti replaced him with Remigio Caldara as the driver). In 64, for his second championship, Estefano was back with Campetelli and Montalenti (though some sources wrongly put him in a Loeffel-Chevrolet).
