Similiar to the thread almost F1 team takeovers I now wanted to start a thread about almost teamtakeovers in the F2 European championship since 1967 and the series followed F2 like F3000 International and now GP2.
BCN sold the team to Tiago Monteiro and Jose Manuel Guedes (more infos about him?). But there were 3 other candidates who were interested in buying BCN from Enrique Scalabroni: Tech 1 Racing (WSbR) and the 2 Spanish F3 teams Tec Auto and Llusia.
