Hello!
I heard that Olivier Panis' father Philippe Panis was also racing driver.
Was he the same Philippe Panis who owned an Cegga Ferrari and drive them in 1968 hill climbs races?
Were there any more career details of him?
I know that he was arested in 2003.

He and 13 others were arrested for proportedly selling stolen Mercedes SUVs.

I know Philippe Panis a little bit and he told me that he always was a huge fan of Patrick Depailler
