Great pace from Vettel and Alonso.
Good pace from Brawns.
Hamilton ran out of tyre? Perhaps a heavy car?

Awesome qual by both Alonso and Vettel.  One great champion and perhaps a future one? Can't wait to see the qual weights. Why didn't Vettel do more laps than he did? He spent more time in the pits than anybody else, makes his final result even more impressive.

Maybe the Brawns are heavy, if that is the case then the race could easily their. Alonso might be light since his Q2 and Q1 pace is not that fast.

I don't think the redbull cars are that light. They seem to have found some serious pace.

Alonso changing big stuffs on his car with only 6laps of tests, 2th on qualy,

well, i don't think its on light fuel or fume, renault is used to get 20kg fuel more than Razor Braun cars!

All about when they're going to run the options I guess. Very cool from Vettel though I bet the Brawns are heavy, Lewis too hopefully.

AFAIC the RBRs don't have a special diffuser right? Or have they managed to bolt something on, à la McLaren??

Alonso must be pretty light though. Either that, or he totally f*d up Q2. There is only like half a second separating his Q2 and his Q3 laps

Judging from the look on his face right now (at the press conference), it suggests he is indeed on fumes.

I think it was Vettel that blocked Heikki, we could see a Renault starting from the front tomorrow...

Suprised at Red Bull's pace, Vettel might be in the title hunt if Red Bull can make a DDD soon.

Alonso might be planning to get his softs out of the way asap imo.

When comparing Q2 and Q3 I don't think Vettel is too light. Alonso is more suspect for being very light.

Big question is which RBR was that blocked Kovi on his flying lap in Q2? I think it was Seb, and I would expect that car to get a penalty.

Could be another great headline for F1 with the pollsitter gets penalised by losing his fastest (and only) lap!

Yeah, I think he said 2 days ago that the softs only last for 6 laps. Perphaps they planned a 6-lap first stint for him. ;)

I've watched it in slow-mo, and it hard to tell, but it doesn't look like there was any yellow on the helmet. Which would make it Vettel...

Yes, all cars weigh 605 kg with the driver in it :p
If you want the race fuel added to this too, you'll have to wait for probably a couple of hours

Well, remember, Vettel getting penalised means Alonso on pole.

More likely Webber and he will be angry because he doesn't know he has a penalty yet.

Vettel only made one run. The RB pulled into the pits after the block. Had to be Webber.

Can't wait for a DD diffusor from McLaren and I hope that they will still be around after the WMSC.

That doesn't stop the stewards from "investigating" in Australia right?

Alonso is probably very light so he can make his stint of softs very short. Hopefully he isnt crazy light though.
Vettel is looking like the real deal. Beating webber again in qualifying. I think brawn will still win, their race pace is far superior.

I agree. And I think they are a lot heavier then all of those guys in front of them. I can't wait the fuel loads.
