This a follow up to the 49-57 thread. By 57 many of the Italian manufactures withdrew and soon after the Japanese came on to the scene , they themselves more or less withdrew after 1967 (at least the 4 strokes. To me a fantastic period ended , and I hope here to get ONLY info or pictures from the GP's. Hope you all agree. Also from this period I have something to show , but not right now.

Gilera , Benelli , MV Agusta ,Ducati , Bianchi , Aermacchi , Paton
Honda , Suzuki , Yamaha, Bridgestone
C.Z. , M.Z. , Jawa , the Russians , B.M.W.
Kreidler , Bultaco
(with 1 , 2, 3 , 4 , 5 and 6 cyl. engines)
These are mainly works machines , add the privateers and there are a lot more , like in the big classes which without the British would have been very meagre.
