Both have stuffed cranks, and no spare pistons. Do you think I could find any? anywhare in the world? NO!!!
One is an Ex Brian Hindle, (supposedly), and the other is one of the Yamaha Pitman machines campaigned by a few riders in the early 70s.
Does anyone know where in the world I can find cranks or pistons. I have been searching now for over 8 years to no avail.
Regards,
John Swensen

I have some pistons and maybe a crank. Where are you located?
Jeremy
In Adelaide South Australia. But I do not care where in the world they come from.

John

Hi. You could try Richard Tracy at Rave Engineering in Surrey, UK - details on his web site - raveengineering.com. I don't know if he does cranks, but he fabricates Yamaha parts and has done restorations on different Yamaha machines of various ages. May be worth a look.
Good luck - I hope you get it up and running soon.
Kind regards
Ray

I also found this web site, which appears to have a list of parts for the TA125!

They are currently moving the forum to a new platform so if you have any problems with the link above just go to google and search for 'North American 2 Strokes' that will find the home page for you, then go to the 'Yamaspeak' forum from there.

Hi Quix, if you're still in Oz try Martin Norman at Hyside in Euroa, he's pretty good at finding Yamaha unobtanium. And getting TZs etc going !

I don't need the exhausts , (I have quite a few), I don't need the top end. How much for the bottom end?
