If rumours about Alonso switching to Ferrari are correct, then Renault must look for an experienced F1 driver with reputation as a proven Grand Prix winner as a replacement. The BMW Sauber announcement today maybe marks the starting point for return of the previously lost talent to Renault: Robert Kubica. He should be free to go wherever he wants now, and I think a Renault move would make perfect sense for him, since the doors to Ferrari and McLaren remain firmly close? In all this Schumi hysteria, do you think that move could be confirmed within a month or so? Where else could he go? Maybe Brawn, but somehow I doubt it.

Renault may quit.. why would Kubica want to go there..
He should try and go to Ferrari or Brawn.

How curious... Kubica used to be a RDD driver in 2002.
Now they want him back???

If Renault stays in F1 Kubica will be their target.
He could also end up at Brawn.

Everybody (who stays in F1) would be happy to have Kubica. Bar Renault - Flav have dropped him already twice. Last time dr Mario picked him up.
But more bizarre things have happened in F1.
