Try http://www.f3history.co.uk/

Click on races, then 1972 then select a month then race. Brands Hatch 28 May for instance has a picture of MH in 2nd at the first corner plus a race report. No doubt there is a lot more if you look at other dates.

Taken at Oulton Park in 69?

The Brabhams were in orange livery and were entered I think by the Goodwin Racing Organisation.

All these pics were taken at Oulton Park on 15th March, 1969. There are the Jim Russell Lotus 61 Formula Fords of Dave Walker (79) and Mo Harness (80).

The Brabhams pictured are the 21B of Cyd Williams (139) and the 21 of Natalie Goodwin (140) You can also see in the background the Brabham of Tim Schenken (137).

I didn't think it would take long before the long necked one would reply :)

You seem to have some good stuff to show Isetta.

If you want to have the pictures appear in the post, click on the "Insert image" icon when posting. On my computer it's the 2nd one along, under fonts. If you run you mouse of it, it will tell you what it is. All you need to do is paste http://img188.images...scan0001hhc.jpg into it and you get this:

There's some pretty classy road cars in the background as well!

Thank you both Giraffe and Alansart. Oulton was (is) my local circuit as you may guess. I went there that day in my BMW Isetta 300 (wished I still had it) and tried to take photos on the ubiquitous Brownie 127. Thanks for the info on posting pics so here goes: another view of Tim Schenkens' Brabham, cropped because there was some light exposure to the right.

Schenken was a boyhood hero of mine what with winning all those Formula Ford races and all. I always regretted that his career did not match or even surpass Emerson Fittipaldi's who bought Schenkens' Merlyn and carried on his winning ways.

Blimey, this has been hard work,I "googled" Mo as i often do, and saw your request. 3 hours getting on to this bulletin board, but maybe i SHOULDNT HAVE GONE TO THE PUB FIRST!/opps,caps off. Mo inspired my own motor sport efforts, particulary when coming back to Spilsby after he won the johnson wax, I visted my God father who owned Dalby Hall in my grey minivan with an enourmousd "Lotus Components" sticker on the door. Mo inspired ,and was entirely responsable for my own Motor racing efforts which started in F750 at Lydden Hill in 1975 with Richard Owen,John Village and co..it moved on to F.vee and I nowhave a Laser HD86 f.f. which I"ve been sprinting locally. I last saw your father in Minehead in 1973 (i think) just after Mo crashed at Thruxton,I workked for Nat West Bank, and he was doen there on a contract.Mt sister Rosemary visits Peta Upex (Dennett) quite often-Dad would remember when my mum and dad died in a car crash in partney in 1963,on the way back from skeggy.I have some pics. of Mo, but all on slde, i must get them sorted.by the way,Mike Wilds is a friend on Facebook, because he said,Mo was charming, and a great racing driver, find me on facebook and keep in touch,is Ditch Howard still with us/
