Hi Marian, the only Holland I recall in car racing was Keith Holland who drove F5000 Lola's, but as Phil says you might get a better response in the Car racing Forum?

Graham.

Hi Marian, Graham is correct, Keith Holland (Molash Racing Partnership,Kent) drove E-Type Jags in the '60s, graduating to F5000 Lolas, and sometimes even a little Alan Fraser Hillman Imp in the British Saloon Car Championship. I though, have never heard of Leonard Holland

Is that "The Will to Win' or the old "No Time To Lose" book, Sterl?

There's a piece in this month's Motor Sport as well, if you've not spotted that already.

I wonder if the Leonard Holland confusion has anything to do with Keith's one time Entrant and Sponsor: Len Gibbs?

I will answer for the old boy, its No Time to Lose by Alan Peck, himself a one time racer...actually he raced more than one time, but you know what I mean!! :stoned:

Hi Mark, "No Time To Lose", I am really enjoying it! I saw the piece in MS, so tragic that he was taken so early, JYS was very complimentary about his talent level. I was thinking the wrong Len, I thought Ward, my failing memory edited out the Gibbs one....Doh!!!! Great minds think alike Mark, even I cannot put it in words

Oi! I was just composing a comprehendible reply Graham
