Does anyone know anything relating to this rally?
The rally started in 1959 and was open to those drivers who had won awards in national or international rallies the year before.

Sponsored? Arranged by Royal Military College of Science, was a UK event of 350 miles.

I would be interested in the entrants and any photos if any survive.

Winner of the event was Tiny Lewis in TL5 Triumph Herald Coupe, with Geoff Mabbs Triumph Herald Coupe second.
Any info on Valerie Harper who was also in a Herald.


Finally, as a Herald fan I have come across some slides of the prototype Heralds (saloon and coupe) as they travelled through Africa in 1958.
Despite not motor-racing oriented it may be of interest to some people on here.
