Hoping somebody might know the whereabouts of my Harley Davidson [cast iron engined] xr750tt. This bike was profiled in CLASSIC RACER sept/oct 1996 and a couple of American mags.It was built using an original xrtt to work from. This original was on loan from Robert Ianucci to Bob Jolly with whom i owe for the success of the build [took 5 years]. I sold it to Wally Morgan,he moved to Qld and sold it there and subsequently lost track of it. I believe it to be the only CAST IRON engined bike [replica] to be built in Australia,if not the world.I worked closely with Dick O'Brien,he ran Harley Davidson Racing in those days and knows of no other Cast Iron Engined replicas. There are a few ALLOY Engined bikes because the engines were more readily available.Just like to know if it is still around. regards, gray chandler. Contact : 0417 861588
