It's meant to be, but a prime requirement of jokes is that they be funny. Grand Pricks was vaguely amusing when said by the eight year old Melissa Wilkes in 1977 because, as she said, "it says Grand Pricks here". 20 years later from a supposedly grown man it was just pathetic.You do know it's a joke, right?
