Looking rather like a Channel Islands sand racer Gilles in a T4 or T5 sans any bodywork except a nose cone.

now that is a great look. Imagine a Grid full of those..around Monza..on the Banking.

This was at the Albi F2 race in September 1967. Brabham had tried a similar canopy on his BT24 during practice for the Italian GP a fortnight earlier but had discarded it, apparently because of restricted visibility. At Albi the slot in the canopy was much larger than at Monza, and according to Paul Watson in Autosport the canopy and faired headrest gave an extra 150 rpm on Albi's two long straights. It's not clear from the race report whether Brabham used it for the race.

There is a short video with the starting grid of that race. At 1.25 onward, Brabham is shown getting out of his car which has the canopy.

Chaparral 2G style fender extentions. Some very odd looking tail spoiler. I guess this is the development of the 1970 bodywork.
