I think the Nissan is a GTP car Tony, don't recall any Nissans in C2. And whats the Astroturf car, a B27? Alan's Elden is a 1974 car, ex-Mark Litchfield as I recall

The Chevron is the ex-Bob Marsland, Michael Bletsoe-Brown owned B27 & the Nissan is the ex-Stefano Rosina NPT 91 GTP. Thanks Dan.

The Astroturf quote is also attributed to baseball pitcher Tug McGraw.

And probably many others!

I remember the British equivalent of Astroturf which was manufactured by the carpetmaker Cyril Lord ("This is luxury you can afford") and was known as Cyril Lawn! :)

Brilliant to watch though in those greasy conditions.

Those Formula Renaults were a little over enthusiastic when it came to overtaking. But good to watch once again.

Not sure this rear focus shot works though...

It would be nice to see you out with the Modern stuff and Mrs H could have a play with the Pre90 contingent.

On Eurosport Sean Kelly claimed that the Shlecks inability to descend fast is because their mother worries about them !!
Then Magnus Bakstead wrote No wonder they can't descend fast - they're looking backwards all the time. :rotfl:
