I want to petition Renault to bring Romon Growjohn back. Can someone start me a petition or else we can just use this thread. Pleas help and I need team address.

Grosjean reminds me of Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons.
Plus, Grosjean is "Heidfeld-dull" when it comes to presence on the grid.

If I could chose between Petrov & Grosjean, money issue or not.. I would hire Petrov.
He's doing a fine job at the moment imo.

New guys are on a steep learning curve. So far he has rather impressed me and hope he gets the chance to stick around and be able to up his game. Might have something to do with my level of expectations, though, him being a paydriver.What's that.? Making Robert look good?

I wouldn't write him off so quickly, he came in mid-season and had a difficult Renault to drive. A winter of testing probably would have had a similar effect to Alguersuari...

I don't like writing off drivers either. He has been successful elsewhere. He was also there through a very difficult time for the team with Crashgate and Renault France wanting out. His results and performances are there for everyone to see, but he is worth another chance imo.

Perhaps he should come in next year at Sauber, replacing PdlR. He's had his fun this year by then, I don't see him having such a long future ahead of him as a driver in F1 anyway.

Has anyone else notced that when the commentators say Grosjean's name, there's a suspicious lack of vowel sounds? It tends to come out as "Rrrrmmmnnn Grrrjjjnnnn"

Hes happily racing in FIA GT1 atm (which seems to be more exciting in terms of overtaking and actual racing) so I don't think he'll return to F1. Ever.

I think Massa's performance against Alonso is starting to put Piquet and Grosjean into perspective a little. Especially as they were clear number 2's and Grosjean came in mid-season with a testing ban.
