I am planning on buying a used Motorhome/ RV, not a new one, my price bracket suggests I am looking at at 8-10 years old, so is it best to be diesel, petrol,pusher etc. Prefer to be under 30ft, any tips on definite no no's or must haves appreciated. As this will be parked principally in the paddock or race track campsites as opposed to caravan campsites what are the best features to look for. When not in use is there much of a market for rental?

Might I suggest the best...
MARATHON coaches are the one's you could successfully hire out
Not to mention live in comfortably.
l have had many great personal experiences with these. Their service and after sales attention is second to none.
You can find many used ones all over the world.
