Back in the 1990s, Clinton Bourke apparently had Jaguar C type XKC019. Does he still have it? If so, what is his contact info? If not, who has it now?

The photos were apparently taken by Axel C. Pfeil, and the car is apparently in Dusseldorf now. I believe Axel C. Pfeil, who apparently lives in Meerbusch, near Dusseldorf, is a prominent German businessman and car collector. Does he own XKC019 now? Does anyone have contact info for him?
