[Nanni Dietrich]

I'm searching about one Buffy, presumably French, who raced a Bugatti T51 in the 1930s.
Nothing is known about him.
What was his given name?
Was "Buffy" a nom-de-course?
Was he French, British, Swiss?
He was involved in a huge accident during the Circuit d'Orléans in 1935, in which one spectator was killed and eleven others injured.
