Can someone confirm that the bridegroom in this picture is Piers Courage? I'm sure it's him and Sally. Google has been unable to help me, and an argument needs resolving...

Certainly doesn't look like him to me...

...nor me, and definitely not Sally Courage. Also, Piers was wearing a gray tie on his wedding day (see Adam Cooper's book).

Definitely not them, A) Sally, once been given a cup of tea by, never forgotten, and B) Don't recall Piers Courage ever having a gigolo hair style...

A bit harsh - apart from it not being Piers or Sally he was spot-on

the flying veil is a bit reminisent of the famous shot of Sally at her wedding, but that was a much wider shot

That was what reminded me. I saw that picture on a TV programme a few years back, and was convinced I'd seen it somewhere before, somewhere familiar. I then found that Strangelove album rooting through some bits at home, and put two and two together.

And made eleven, obviously.

Thankyou chaps.

Wouldn't putting 1 & 1 together make 3...
